2024 Ice Strip Fly-In

The cost of the 2 night fly-in package with meals and activities on April 13th is:

Double occupancy - CAD $280+tax/person

Single occupancy - CAD $470+tax/person

All fly -in guests will have free cancellation due to the weather conditions by 9am on Friday, April 12th.

The special Ice-Strip Fly-In rate will be adjusted by our team at check-in.

 To be eligible for the special cancellation policy, the aircraft call sign must be entered into the comment box.

Jet fuel and AVGAS available on site.

Itinerary

 Friday, April 12th, 2024

·         Arrival of airplanes at Muncho lake. Call “Northern Rockies Lodge” on 123.2 MHz

. Please bring approximately 75ft of extension cord, so we can plug in your bird.

·         6- 9pm dinner*

(food to go is available all day until 9pm)

Saturday, April 13th, 2024

·         7-10am breakfast (included in package)

·         after breakfast enjoy some cross-country skiing or skating on frozen Muncho lake. Please bring your own equipment.

·         12pm lakeshore BBQ lunch (included in package)

·         after lunch free shuttles to Liard River hot springs.

·         7pm dinner (included in package)

Sunday, April 14th, 2024

·         7-10am breakfast*

·         after breakfast departure of airplanes

*dinner on April 12th and breakfast on April 14th can be purchased at check in for a discounted rate of $65+tax.
